Who is the best fat burner? Weight lifting or aerobics?

I have 18 years old, 5'4, 118 pounds, has joined a gym, and I'm doing 20 minutes on a stationary bike and an hour of weightlifting, 11 different weight machines, but my sister 1h aerobics. three times a week, so I'm curious, what is most effective to burn fat, or faster?
