P90X works best coach or 10 minutes in both Horten Tony?
Has anyone tried it?
I tried both. P90X is a bit more extreme than the 10 Minute Trainer. However, certain movements from about 10-Minute Chair P90X only. P90X routines has more than 10 coaches of DVDs per minute [13 DVD's]. With the P90X workout 6-7 days a week 60-90 minutes per day. If you are a limited time 10 Minute Trainer is perfect. You workout 6-7 days a week 10-30 minutes. In terms of cost – 10 Minute Trainer includes DVD's, Nutrition Guide Map of fitness, but also the resistance bands.
