Eat lots of protein helps you lose weight and if so, what certain foods rich in protein of high good?

I do not eat meat beef, chicken or pork and fish are only available in a blue moon. I started tracking my and I realized I only 6-8 grams protein per day. What is some real food (no bars or protein supplements), which is rich in protein that will help me lose weight?

For there is protein almost everywhere – even fruits and vegetables. The following sites might be of some help with protein and eat vegetarian. Nuts and beans and soybeans are excellent sources of protein.
