Is it true that drinking lots of water helps to help you lose weight?
I keep hearing mixed reviews .. it does help … No, no … then what know? Since I have therefore increased water consumption of 2.3 liters per day, increased my weight loss. Why hot water "dramatic" changes? Never heard of it
