What is the best apple to use for making apple caramel chocolate candy?
I like Granny Smith. Halloween this year I'm going potatoes use honey fried – is juicy and acidic. Yum! Maybe you can only use all the apples that usually likes to eat. I do not think there is a "rule" or something else. Have fun!
