How can you make soft chocolate chip cookies?
I want some advice, or better yet, a good recipe, both chocolate chips cookies! I try every recipe, the cookies are cool and be like little rocks! HELP!
These cookies SALEN perfect every time! Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies Prep Time: 30 to 35 minutes Cooking time: 8 to 13 minutes / baking sheet About 3 dozen cookies 1-1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar 3 / 4 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO all vegetable shortening 3 / 4 butter flavor Crisco stick 2 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 egg 1-3/4 cups flour 1 tea spoon of salt 3 / 4 cup baking soda 1 cup of tea (6-ounce package) semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup pecan pieces (optional) * Preheat oven to 375 º F. Mix sugar brown, Butter Flavored Crisco shortening, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Beat the egg in the cream mix. Mix flour, salt and baking soda. Add the cream mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if necessary. Drop rounded measuring tablespoons of dough 3 inches apart on a greased baking tray with third parties. Cooking baking sheet bake one hour at 375 º F for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies (which will see the light and humidity), or 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies. Not much. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet on wire rack to cool cookies on a rack to cool completely. * If nuts are omitted, add another 1 / 2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
