Here's how to create your own fruit sorbet. Raspberry sorbet is a favorite
Ingredients:.
* 2 / 3 cup granulated sugar * 1 cup water * Purée 23 ounces raspberries 1 / 4 cup lemon juice.
Instructions:
1) Mix sugar and water in medium saucepan 2) Add slowly over low heat until sugar dissolves 3) Bring the mixture boil 4) Boil for 1 minute. 5) Remove from heat and let cool completely
Make the fruit purée in a blender or food processor
Add the mashed raspberries into cooled syrup and mix.
Place the puree the sugar mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
If you have no ice cream machine, following of optional half to freeze the sorbet.
Place the puree syrup / sugar in a metal bowl or cake pan and freeze for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and beat with an electric mixer or whisk, back in the freezer. Repeat at intervals of one hour 3 times.

Ingredients
* 2 quarts of sorbet * Option 2 ripe bananas, sliced 2 teaspoons lemon juice * 1 pint strawberries, sliced * 1 package wafer of
1) Place the cups of ice cream and sorbet scoops 2) Saute the sliced bananas in lemon juice to prevent Brown 3) Set each topping in a bowl 4) Let the kids choose and mix their cups 5) Add the whipped cream for fun.
This healthy snack for children on use of sugar, but sugar may be reduced depending on their sugar content of fruit. This is a healthy way to enjoy fruit and a good way to introduce children's taste buds a refreshing healthy treat.
